Dr. Frasier is a urologist who has been in practice in North San Diego County since 1990.  He has expertise in all aspects of urologic surgery, including da Vinci robotic surgery, simple and complex female pelvic floor repair for prolapse and incontinence, urologic cancer surgery, and minimally invasive treatment of prostate enlargement and urinary tract stones. He has pioneered several unique surgical procedures, including one to prevent male incontinence after prostate cancer surgery, and one for complex female pelvic floor reconstruction for prolapse and incontinence.

Dr. Frasier is the founder, President and CEO of North Coast Urology Medical Associates, Inc. He received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from UCLA, medical degree from Cornell University Medical College in New York City, and completed his urological residency at UCLA Medical Center.

Dr. Frasier has three grown children and loves spending his free time with his wife.
