Dr. Rosenberg is originally from Lino Lakes, Minnesota and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He then completed medical school at the University of Minnesota before completing his internship, residency, and chief residency right here in San Diego at the University of California San Diego.
